FAQ

Shipping

Where do the empanaditas ship from?
Your order ships directly from Bogotá, Colombia, packed frozen in an insulated cooler to keep it cold in transit.

When do orders ship?
Orders ship every Monday from Bogotá. If Monday is a holiday, orders ship Tuesday instead.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes about 48 hours from the day it ships.

Will my order arrive frozen?
Not necessarily — and that's okay. Depending on transit time and weather, your empanaditas may arrive partially or fully thawed. This does not mean they've spoiled. Refrigerate them right away if you plan to cook within a couple of days, or refreeze them if you're saving them for later.

Please double check your shipping address
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — once your order ships, we're unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Cooking

How do I cook the empanaditas?
Cook from frozen in an air fryer at 375°F for 10 minutes. You can also bake or pan-fry them — just avoid the microwave, as it affects the texture.
